Do not lose your sleep! But how?
Most parents with a baby understands ,what will be their nights with the little human at home from the second evening. If you are one of those who have lost your dream right away, it would seem like a joke if someone explains how their newborn sleeps all night without waking up.
But it is actually possible. There are such children. But under Murphy’s laws, the chance to be lucky is very small. The dream of every baby is different. Newborns can sleep from 10 to 18 hours a day. From 4 months until the age of 1, the baby has the potential to sleep all night without interruption, plus a few snoozes during the day. But most sleep from 5 to 6 hours without waking. And this is normal. To build better sleep habits in the baby, you need to start with something really small – do not run to the baby bed from every noise. Young children just move, sounds and wake up. And you do not have to go to them every time ,when they open the eyes. Give your baby the chance to fall asleep without your intervention. If you learn the baby, that every time it wake up at night, you will be close to grab it, do not be surprised that it often cry in the evening and you must ti get up a couple of times. Start the change with this little thing and you will soon see the result.
Feel free to use the pacifier because it calms. Although not every baby loves the soother and spits it. Avoid eating as a way to sleep, if you want the baby not to connect the waking with the milk.
